Trip part II

We were so thankful to be able to hang out with D and E and their two precious children. We have known these folks for 7+ years and they are dear to our hearts. Their home is always a place of rest and sweet community for us. So thankful for their hospitality, flexibility, and mostly their hearts, they have seen us in the nitty gritty of life and love on.

They took us to an amusement park. By the way, we had gone to a smaller version in our home town and let Sophia ride a mini-roller coaster. Sophia may be a tad on the dramatic side (wink), and may not take pain very well (cries quite easily), but she does not shy from adventure, scary stories, and roller coaster rides, anything with 'wee' involved. We all had a blast! (The babies were at home with a their helper)

This kangaroo ride just bounced up and down, it looked really fun. And though Bella can get motion sickness (she upchucked on the drive up), she did fine on these rides.

on a boat ride

The men decided on this ride.

I love this photo.
