Daddy came home for a 20 minute lunch break, he drank a green smoothie (flaxseed, spinach, pineapple, orange juice, and a dab of vanilla=yum) and did a few sets of pull ups. sounds like a picture of health but he would say these are just to make up for two weeks of zero cardio exercise, that is how busy we are these days.
